How long until my order arrives?

Every item is made to order. Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days, then delivery usually takes 5–10 business days in Europe, 7–15 in the United States and 10–20 for the rest of the world. These are estimates and can vary in peak season.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your country and how many items you order. Additional items ship at a lower rate than the first.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These are paid by the customer.

Which size should I order?

Every product page has a size table in centimetres, measured flat. T-shirts come in S to 5XL and hoodies in S to 3XL, both in a classic unisex fit. If you are between sizes, take the larger one for a relaxed look.

What are the shirts and hoodies made of?

T-shirts are the Gildan 5000 heavy cotton tee: 100% cotton, 180 g/m², OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. Hoodies are the Gildan 18500 Heavy Blend: 50% cotton, 50% polyester, with a double-lined hood and front pocket.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because every piece is printed specifically for you, we can't accept returns for a wrong size or change of mind, so please check the size guide first. If your order arrives damaged, defective or with a print error, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has usually started.

Is there a discount if I buy more than one?

Yes. Until 31 December 2026, buy 2 or more items and get 10% off, applied automatically at checkout.

When should I order for Christmas?

To arrive by 24 December 2026, order by these dates. They are based on our longest dispatch and delivery times, so most orders arrive earlier. December is the busiest month for carriers, so earlier is always safer.

Is it a good gift?
