Refund policy
Made to Order All products at From Stone To Steel are made to order through our print-on-demand partner (Printful). Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size selected or change of mind.
We strongly recommend checking our size guides carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at leonardomurzilli@icloud.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund depending on the situation.
Wrong Address If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost Orders If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after. After that window, cancellations are not possible.
